Welcome to your 60s! Our best piece of advice? Continue to keep a keen eye on your eye health to abate the progression of age-related vision changes. Here’s another tip: Keep a keen eye on your overall health as well. Make a day out of your annual healthcare appointments to get them all out of the way! Along with annual eye exams, get yearly physicals to help identify any underlying conditions that may affect your eye health. After you pass this milestone age, one of the first differences you are sure to notice is your need to allow your eyes a bit more time to adjust to changing light conditions. Also, begin to keep a log or mental notes of when you experience visual disturbances like spots or floaters.
