Welcome to your 40s! Now is the time when your eye health will likely begin to start going through some significant changes, and you should too. Here’s a tip: Once you reach this milestone, start to use your birthday as a gentle reminder to set an appointment with your eye doctor, as yearly visits become increasingly important. After you pass this milestone age, one of the first differences you are sure to notice is your need to hold reading material at arm’s length in order to get your eyes to focus. Consider this and increased dry eyes a couple of the first signs that it’s time for a check-up to explore vision correction options.
